Mustapha founded Mahara Talent after more than a decade on the finance and tax side of the industry, including roles as a Financial/Tax Analyst at Boston Scientific and a Financial Associate at Harvard School of Public Health. He also runs American Tax Advisory, a tax strategy and resolution practice. A Bryant University graduate based in Greater Boston, he built Mahara Talent on the idea that hiring for tax, accounting, and finance roles takes recruiters who've actually done the work.
